Having discussed your requirements with one of our negotiators you will be taken to see a selection of suitable properties.
Once you have found a suitable property, the negotiator will take you back to the office where a two-week holding deposit will be taken in order to secure the property.
You will then be required to provide the following references:
Current employer or new employer if contracted for new job.
Current or previous landlord.
Bank status – form provided in office.
After securing the property it is down to the tenant to ensure that the agent receives all references as quickly as possible. Once all documents have been received and verified the contract will be drawn up.
On the day the tenancy agreement is signed and keys for the property are collected, we will require the following:
One month’s rent in advance (the two week’s rent paid as a holding deposit will be deducted from the balance)
Depending on the property a 4 – 6 weeks deposit must be paid (this will be confirmed once the property is secured and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy upon completion of a satisfactory inspection) Your move-in date will be arranged at the time the holding deposit is paid.
